Used it the first time on fish tacos made with crappies. Added a nice bit of heat and tangy flavor. This salsa will also be good in Asian recipes to give them a little kick.

This stuff is soooo good! It's a smooth salsa, which I really like. It packs some heat, but just the right amount. Super flavorful -- I'll definitely be buying this on the regular!
