Standard shipping is by way of FedEx Ground. Once your order has shipped you will receive an automatic email providing tracking information. To guarantee delivery, we must have a proper and complete addresses. Shipping companies do not forward packages, so we guarantee delivery only to addresses we are given. If you choose to reship a package that is already in transit to a different address, you must pay for the cost to re-ship it.

If an expedited shipping option is selected at checkout, the order must be placed before 12pm EST for guaranteed shipment that day.

ALTERNATE SHIPPING

We do ship to APO and FPO addresses at the standard rates noted above. APO and FPO will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

Packages may also be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and American Territories. These orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS International and our system will automatically calculate the shipping charge. Allow extra days when shipping to Canada to clear customs. 

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and American Territories are currently excluded from any shipping promotions.

PLEASE NOTE, AS OF DECEMBER 4, 2024, AMERICAN SPOON IS CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SHIP TO CANADA DUE TO THE CANDIAN POSTAL STRIKE.

TRANSIT TIME
American Spoon will always work hard to ensure your package moves into transit as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours of placed.  From there, additional days in transit to your region of the United States may be noted below:

• Midwest: 1-3 business days
• East Coast: 2-3 business days
• Southeast & Mountain Regions: 3-4 business days
• West Coast & Southwest: 4-5 business days


Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.
Orders to Canada ship via USPS International Priority Mail.  Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. 

Shipping timelines for orders placed Friday after 12pm EST through Sunday will begin on Monday.

Please note, during peak holiday season, fulfillment and transit times may be extended.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Products that are damaged or otherwise mishandled in transit may be returned to us for replacement without additional charge or for full credit. In the event that your package is damaged, please call our Customer Service representatives at 1-888-735-6700 or via email at help@spoon.com for assistance.

Our kitchen crew starts each day with raw fruit and ends with thousands of jars of jam. It’s a close-knit group of dependable folks with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership. The kitchen is the heart and soul of our business, and our crew takes real pride in that.

SHIPPING

Before our jars make their way to customers, they take up temporary residence at our warehouse, located in what was once the local roller rink. They don’t wear skates, but our shipping crew gets packages out lickety-split, and they’re constantly looking for ways to do it better and faster.
