Our Biscuit Mix is made in partnership with our friends at Zingerman’s Bakehouse in Ann Arbor with stone-milled Michigan-grown wheat. This mix makes a tender, airy buttermilk biscuit with a nutty richness and delicious aroma. Just add butter and buttermilk to bake seven biscuits to pair perfectly with our Maple Syrup, our Michigan honeys, and our intensely fruity preserves.
