This is especially great on smoked salmon, but I love it as a relish-type addition on many dishes (a spoonful on cucumber salad, dolloped on cooked fish to serve, on top of almost any hors d'oeuvres, on stuffed eggs ... ).
Worth it, for me, to pay the shipping to LA. Mild while being distinctive with a terrific light crunch. Yum.
