Our rhubarb is grown for us by Bill McMaster on his Michigan Centennial Farm just five miles up the road from our Petoskey kitchen. The return of this perennial favorite each spring marks the beginning of another season preserving the exceptional bounty of this special place.
Rhubarb jam, jelly and marmalade (especially) are hard to find. So I was pleased to try American Spoon. I'd give it a 5 for quality and richness in fruit but the mixed citrus peel overpowers the rhubarb flavor for me.
Janise, we're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the citrus in our Rhubarb Marmalade, we'll give a straight Rhubarb Jam some consideration down the road!
