This is the best fruit curd I’ve tasted. The flavor of butter comes through and complements the citrus and passion fruit. It a delightful combination of flavors, and it’s tempting to just eat the curd with a spoon.

This curd was amazing!! Just the right amount of sweet and a tiny bit tart. It's a great addition to fruit and yogurt. I could have eaten it right out of the jar!!!
