Our Roasted Tomatillo Salsa is a mild, crowd-pleasing favorite perfect for serving alongside chips and guacamole or for spooning onto grilled chicken or fish tacos. We hand-peel our tomatillos and then roast them until they take on a lovely charred smokiness. Their tart flavor is balanced by the mild heat of roasted poblano chilies and the brightness of fresh cilantro blended together in our tangy-sweet Roasted Tomatillo Salsa .
