We hand-peel our tomatillos and then roast them until they take on a lovely charred smokiness. Their tart flavor is balanced by the mild heat of roasted poblano chilies and the brightness of fresh cilantro. This mild salsa is the perfect accompaniment to grilled chicken or fish tacos, and it's fantastic with fresh avocado and lime juice.
The best I've ever had out of a jar. I've attempted to make my own, but haven't come close to yours. Highly recommend.
