Our award-winning Dried Chile Salsa now comes in a larger 13-ounce size! This handmade salsa is rich and robust, with the intense smoky-sweet heat of dried chiles against a background of tomatoes. Its deep, dark russet color comes from the ancho, guajillo, and chipotle peppers themselves, and it's flecked with bits of earthy char from searing the chiles before blending them. Our Dried Chile Salsa pairs beautifully with grilled meats and makes an excellent marinade for beef and pork.
