A seared, sous vide, mexican spice marinated Bone-in Ribeye, topped with this Salsa, alongside mexican street corn, mexican rice, and an Alta Colina GSM, was over the top !

We mix some of this with an avocado and a teaspoon of American Spoon dried chili salsa. Fabulous with corn chips.
