Description

This lively jam is made especially for our friend’s at Zingerman’s famed deli in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Our Cherry-Berry Conserve features a bright, intensely fruity blend of sour cherries and sweet-tart raspberries inspired by the summertime mixed berry pies found at Northern Michigan’s roadside fruit and farm stands. It’s fantastic for PB&J and beloved by bakers for cookie and cake filling.

- American Spoon Cherry-Berry Conserve is made in our Petoskey, Michigan kitchen.
- Our  Cherry-Berry Conserve is made in small-batch copper kettles just 90  jars at a time.
- Ingredients: red tart cherries, red raspberries, sugar, lemon juice, pectin
- 9.5 oz / 269 g
- Simple pairings: toast, peanut butter, shortbread cookies, chocolate cake

Q: What is a "Conserve"?
A: A thick, chunky spread made from a combination of two or more fruits.

“Absolutely delicious! Lovely combination of fruits that goes well on toast, or with cheese and crackers.” - Gina D., 11/21
