Smoked Trout with Whole Seed Mustard
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 box of flatbread crackers
1 jar American Spoon Whole Seed Mustard
3 oz smoked trout, or one tin
1 lemon, thinly sliced and quartered
Parsley and dill coarsly chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Spread cream cheese onto crackers and top with whole seed mustard.
- 2. Divide smoked trout among crackers. Top with lemon slice and a sprig each of parsley and dill.
