Smoked Trout with Whole Seed Mustard
1 jar Whole Seed Mustard
3 oz smoked trout, or one tin
8oz cream cheese, softened
1 lemon, thinly sliced and quartered
1 box of flatbread crackers
Parsley and dill coarsley chopped, for garnish
1. Spread cream cheese onto crackers and top with whole seed mustard.
2. Divide smoked trout among crackers. Top with lemon slice and a sprig each of parsley and dill.
