Our Cinnamon Honey is pure honey and cinnamon, with no added ingredients to alter the texture. Because honey naturally thickens below about 75°F, it may appear firmer in the jar; gently warming it (such as in a warm water bath) will return it to a more fluid state, as shown in some of our photographs.
