Our stollen is loaded with colorful and delicious dried fruits of the Midwest: cherries, cranberries, and blueberries (all soaked in rum) along with walnuts, orange oil, and spices. American Spoon Midwest Stollen ships beautifully as a gift, and can be stored up to three weeks in the fridge or frozen on arrival for serving much later. This classic holiday bread is much-loved and delicious tradition—serve simple slices with coffee or cocoa, or turn the loaf into the most magical Christmas morning French toast (recipe below).
