Pickle Dip
Ingredients
8 ounces (1 brick) cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup crushed cheddar cheese crackers
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 jar American Spoon Cucumber Pickle Relish

Preparation time: 5 minutes
1. Place the cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Whip on medium-high, until fluffy, about a minute. Add the grated cheese, sour cream, cheese crackers, and mayo and mix to combine. Fold in the pickle relish, then season with salt and pepper to your taste.
2. Serve immediately, or chill until ready. Garnish with fresh dill or green onion if feeling fancy, and serve with crackers or veggies.
