
Peach Punch

Ingredients
- FOR A GROUP
- 1 liter bourbon
- 2 jars Red Haven Peach Preserves
- 2 cups cognac
- 1 ½ cups citrus juice (equal parts lemon, lime, and orange) or sour mix
- 1 cup Domaine de Canton
- 4-6 cups club soda
- Sliced citrus and Brandied Balaton Cherries
- FOR A SINGLE SERVING
- 2 oz. Bourbon
- 1 tablespoon Red Haven Peach Preserves
- 1 oz. Cognac
- ¾ oz. citrus juice or sour mix
- ½ oz. Domaine de Canton
- splash of club Soda
- Lime wedge and Fruit Perfect Sour Cherries to garnish
Instructions

Preparation time: 2 hours
1. For a group: Add peach preserves to a large punch bowl and muddle to break up the fruit a bit. Add the bourbon, Cognac, citrus juice, and peach liqueur. Mix well to combine, cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, add 4-6 cups club soda to punch; stir gently to blend. Add sliced citrus fruit and Sour Cherries. Ladle into glasses filled with ice. 2. For a single serving: Add peach preserves to a cocktail shaker and muddle to break up the fruit. Add the bourbon, Cognac, citrus juice, and peach liqueur with ice. Shake well about 15 seconds; strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with the lime slice and cherry.
