Holiday Hummer
MAKES 2 COCKTAILS

Ingredients

Delight in the delectable ice cream cocktail made famous at Detroit's Bayview Yacht Club in the 1960's. Our hummer gets a holiday update with a generous spoonful of Boozy Butterscotch or Salted Maple Caramel. 

2 ½ ounces white rum
1 ½ ounces Kahlua, or other coffee liqueur
1 tablespoon American Spoon Boozy Butterscotch or Salted Maple Caramel
2 big scoops vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Place the rum, Kahlua, and butterscotch or caramel in a blender. Add ice cream and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses, sip, and start humming.

*If you’d like to create an optional drizzle, use a spoon to swirl slightly warmed butterscotch or caramel inside the glass before pouring in the cocktail.
