Crostini with Brie & Holiday Jam
Ingredients
1 baguette
1 jar Holiday Jam
1 13-ounce round Brie
fresh thyme and romsemary, chopped
Instructions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Slice a baguette into 1/4-inch pieces and arrange in a single layer on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt, then bake for 5–6 minutes or until just turning golden. Top each slice with creamy brie and a dollop of Holiday Jam. Sprinkle with herbs and enjoy!
