Everyday Flat-Rate Shipping

12 or more jars ship for just $10 to a single address within the 48 contiguous states. Simply select the special shipping offer rate at checkout; no promotional code is needed.


Standard Shipping & Handling Charges

Based on merchandise total for each address
up to $75.00............................add $10.00
$75.01 to $100.00.........................add $12.00
$100.01 + ..........................................add $15.00

Standard shipping is by way of UPS ground or USPS. Once your order has shipped you will receive an automatic email providing tracking information. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Shipping companies do not forward packages, so we guarantee delivery only to addresses we are given. If you choose to reship the package to a different address, you must pay for the cost to re-ship it.

Alternate Shipping

You may expedite packages shipped via UPS by choosing the Next Day, 2nd Day or 3-day Select option on the 'Shipping' page of checkout. Our system will then automatically calculate your expedited shipping charge.

Packages may also be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, APO, FPO, and American Territories. These orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail or USPS International and our system will automatically calculate the shipping charge. Allow extra days when shipping to Canada to clear customs. 


Transit Time

Orders are typically shipped one business day after they are placed.  From there, additional days in transit to your region of the United States may be noted below:

Midwest: 1-2 business days

East Coast: 2-3 business days

Southeast & Mountain Regions: 3-4 business days

West Coast & Southwest: 4-5 business days

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship via USPS Priority Mail.  Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Orders to Canada ship via USPS International Priority Mail.  Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. 

 


What if my package arrives damaged?

Products that are damaged or otherwise mishandled in transit may be returned to us for replacement without additional charge or for full credit. We encourage our customers not to sign for or accept any damaged packages. In the event that your package is damaged, please call our Customer Service representatives at 1-888-735-6700 for assistance.
