This thick sauce is inspired by traditional South Carolina-style mustard & vinegar barbecue. Ours features whole grain mustard, Michigan beer, cider vinegar, and a little bit of spice from chilies for a beautifully full-flavored accompaniment to pork.
-Ingredients: Mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, white wine, fruit pectin, citric acid, tartaric acid, sugar, spice), beer, brown sugar, onions, cider vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce (distilled white vinegar, molasses, sugar, water, salt, onions, anchovies, garlic, cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavorings, chili pepper extract), tomatoes, molasses, salt, natural smoke flavor, garlic powder, black pepper, chili powder (chiles, spice, garlic)

I always have this on hand to use on pork tenderloin. Yummy!
Mustard BBQ sauce
Mustard BBQ sauce. Only thing I use on salmon. Next time will try on chicken. My daughter also says it is the only thing she uses on salmon.
