Made with plump, summery-sweet strawberries, our Strawberry Jam is a lush, spoonable and quintessentially jammy preserve reminiscent of grandma's homemade jam. Filled with soft chunks of crushed strawberries, it has a deeply familiar satisfying sweetness, a remarkable depth of character, and a bright, homespun nostalgia. Spread it over toast, spoon it over biscuits, pancakes or waffles, or swirl it into yogurt.
- American Spoon Strawberry Jam is made in our Petoskey, Michigan kitchen with Jewel and Wendy strawberries grown in Leelanau and Manistee Counties.
- Our Strawberry Jam is made in small-batch copper kettles just 90 jars at a time.
